New UTM platform to enhance safety, scalability, and innovation in Dubai\u2019s skies, setting a blueprint for the Middle East<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Dubai, UAE \u2013 September 3, 2025<\/b> \u2014 Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP), in collaboration with Dubai Air Navigation Services (dans), has awarded ANRA Technologies the contract to design and deploy the Emirate\u2019s next-generation Unmanned Aircraft System Traffic Management (UTM) platform. This milestone initiative will establish one of the most advanced digital airspace management systems in the world, providing the foundation for safe, scalable, and innovative unmanned aircraft operations across the Dubai Control Traffic Area (CTA).<\/span><\/p>\n

At the core of the program is ANRA\u2019s US-based world-leading UTM platform, a production-grade software system trusted globally to integrate drones and advanced aerial vehicles into complex airspace. The platform will empower Dubai to authorize flights, monitor real-time airspace activity, detect and resolve conflicts, and coordinate seamlessly with critical stakeholders and commercial UAS operators.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The project will be delivered through a phased deployment approach, ensuring early capabilities are available while enabling continual enhancements over time. To support long-term success, ANRA will establish a dedicated presence in Dubai to provide ongoing expertise and ensure seamless operations.<\/span><\/p>\n
