His expertise as Chairman and CEO for over 25 years has enabled him to lead groups facing rapidly fluctuating external conditions. The scale of Schrader\u2019s experience has ranged from private to public, startup to very large, stable to exponential growth, one office to 30 countries.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4983 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.anratechnologies.com\/reference\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/bills-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"William Scrader\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.anratechnologies.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/bills-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.anratechnologies.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/bills-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.anratechnologies.com\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/bills-1.jpg 576w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Several VC firms recruited Bill\u00a0to Synchris, a SaaS service to government contractors, to change management, develop the product, focus the marketing, improve sales and improve profitability. He and the management team successfully sold the firm in 2008. He was also\u00a0hired by Dutch owners of LeaseWeb USA Inc to grow the USA operations. He grew it from $2.4 million to nearly $22 million in less than 4 years, and from 6 employees to nearly 50, from one Data Center to 10 DCs.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, \u00a0Bill was Chairman, CEO and founder of PSINet Inc. a NASDAQ traded firm that innovated many early Internet services including connectivity, hosting, fiber ownership and e-commerce. Under his leadership, PSINet raised billions of dollars in public equity and debt, operated fiber systems on five continents serving 30 countries, employed 10,000 people, and produced $2 billion in annualized revenue after growing at 100% per year for a decade.<\/p>\n<p>In the course of his career, Bill\u00a0helped found three Internet industry associations, served as a Congressional Commissioner, testified before House and Senate committees and advised several government agencies.<\/p>\n<p>In his new role, William will advise ANRA on strategic market capture, growth and expansion plans.
