ANRA Technologies continues to play a pivotal role in advancing U-space implementation as an active participant in nearly all activities in Work Package 2 (WP2) in SAFIR-Ready. In addition, ANRA leads Task 2.6, which focuses on the interface that is upstream to the USSP, namely the CISP and ANSP. Task 2.6 is developing an automated flight authorisation service capable of ensuring a rapid, secure and efficient flight authorisation process, which can be used in the strategic and tactical phase.
ANRA is providing its U-space service in SAFIR-Ready – Network Identification, Geo-Awareness Service, Traffic Information, and Flight Authorisation – alongside Conformance Monitoring, thereby enhancing the safety of UAS operations in U-space airspace. Outside U-space airspace, the solution ANRA acts as a Supplemental Data Service Provider (SDSP), providing the five services listed above. ANRA is collaborating with the networked operations centre to provide the operators with value-added services to support UAS operations outside U-space airspace, while ensuring information exchange with the CISP and ANSP. ANRA also serves as the CISP for demonstrations in Germany, further demonstrating its expertise in providing technological solutions for airspace management.
SAFIR-Ready benefits immensely from the digitalisation of workflows between the USSP, CISP and ANSPs, thereby continuing to deliver innovation in the European UAS ecosystem and shaping the future of U-space integration.
