ANRA Delivers the Goods for Two UPP2 Test Sites

ANRA Technologies has successfully wrapped up the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) UTM Pilot Program (UPP) Phase 2 efforts for large-scale UTM and Remote ID testing for BVLOS and dense UAS operations. FAA and team members including ANRA concluded with demonstrations in partnership with the NASA and two UAS Test Sites: the Virginia Tech Mid-Atlantic Aviation Partnership and the New York UAS Test Site.

The UPP results will provide a proof of concept for UTM capabilities and serve as the basis for policy considerations, standards development and the implementation of a UTM system. ANRA was one of only two UAS Service Suppliers powering these demonstrations at both test sites.

“These tests showcased the technical readiness of capabilities that can act as foundational blocks for supporting beyond visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) operations ranging from FIMS prototype, remote identification, and in-flight separation from other aircraft in high-density airspace,” said Amit Ganjoo, CEO of ANRA Technologies.
