Preparing Europe’s ANSPs for U-space Integration
CISP Training Helps Navigate Next Steps for Aviation Authorities
Soon, we hope to announce our certification as a U-space Service Provider (USSP) by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)—a significant milestone not just for ANRA Technologies, but for the future of harmonized drone operations across Europe.
But our work doesn’t stop there.
As the European airspace landscape evolves, Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) face the growing challenge of defining their role in the U-space ecosystem. From delivering Common Information Services (CISP) to aligning with legacy Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and evolving U-space infrastructure, these organizations are at the center of a regulatory and operational shift.
At ANRA, we’re not just building certified solutions, we’re actively enabling ANSPs to succeed in this new environment.
Through our training, advisory, and technical deployment support, ANRA is helping national service providers navigate the complexities of U-space with the support of our CISP technology stack—a live, standards-aligned solution that demonstrates seamless integration with both ATM and USSP systems.
Most recently, we conducted a hands-on training session with AirNav Ireland, the Irish ANSP, to demonstrate how our platform supports the operational delivery of CISP services.
While our upcoming USSP certification is a key milestone, we believe real impact comes from helping partners build capacity, not just meet compliance. We’re proud to stand alongside ANSPs as they chart their role in the future of European airspace.
